Biography 

Justin Case is a celebrated London mime artist who has toured European cities and appeared on the BBC-TV with his one-man show.

 Role in film

Justin Case played the scarecrow in the film.  He provided the body movements for the character.  The Scarecrow had a very Dynamic Mask and the character movements had to be much more animated, which gave Justin more of a chance to speak visually with his body.  If you watch closely the Scarecrow in Return to Oz behaves a lot like the character described by Baum himself in his books.    It
