These Plush toys were manufactured by Heart & Heart of Japan.  Billina was the only character in this line to come in only one size.  The exact dimensions for the Billina toy is unknown.    The Billina plush was unquestionably a generic plush chicken toy that they simply put a RETURN TO OZ tag on it  

 Description 

Each plush had circular RETURN TO OZ tags on them.  They came in brown gift boxes with the RETURN TO OZ characters and logo on them.  These weren't display boxes but simply boxes to put them in once sold.

 Comments 

These seem to be the rarest of all the Return to Oz manufactured collectibles.   There were sold exclusively at Disneyland theme park in Japan.
