These Plush toys were manufactured by Heart & Heart of Japan.  This plush came in both small and large sizes.  The small Tik-Tok is 9 inches tall and the large Tik-Tok is 16 inches tall.

 Description 

Each plush had circular RETURN TO OZ tags on them.  They came in brown gift boxes with the RETURN TO OZ characters and logo on them.  These weren't display boxes but simply boxes to put them in once sold.

 Comments 

These seem to be the rarest of all the Return to Oz manufactured collectibles.   There were sold exclusively at Disneyland theme park in Japan.
