Return to Oz U.S. Poster  This is probably the most popular poster of all.  Artwork by Drew Struzan featuring all characters flying in the Gump.

Promo OZ Poster  This poster was distributed in 1984 to promote the "word of mouth" for the film.  It was designed not to give too much away in sense that the film was under production and nothing was finalized.

Promo Dorothy Poster  This poster was produced also in 1984 but very early.  It was supposed to me a little "Sneak Peak" at the new Dorothy.  The film at that point in history was called just OZ due to copyright issues.

Return to Oz Video Release Poster  This poster was produced for the video Release in 1985.  The film came out theatrically in June and the Video was quickly released in late December.

Spanish Theatrical Release Poster  This poster was produced for the films theatrical release in Spain.

Return to Oz Quad U.K. Poster This poster was available in the UK under 3 different sizes.  The smallest is actually quite large at 30 x 40.  The 4 sheet quad measured 60 x 40, and the 48 sheet quad measured at 120 x 240.

Return to Oz Quad U.K. Design 2 This poster was also available in the UK, but was to be displayed with the other Quad.  It tells the story of Return to Oz.  This one however only came in one size 30 x 40.

Return to Oz Display Posters  These were made for marketing in the United Kingdom and each measured 30 x 20.  Each poster depicted a character from the film.  The characters include:

    1. Jack Pumpkinhead

    2. Billina

    3. Scarecrow

    4. Tik-Tok

Germany Theatrical Release Poster  This poster was produced for the theatrical release of the film in Germany.

French Door Posters These posters were created for the films theatrical Release in France.  They are very large and they were available in two characters:

    1. Scarecrow

    2. Dorothy

Belgium Theatrical Release  This poster was produced for the theatrical release of the film in Belgium.

Australian Day Bill Poster  This poster was produced for the theatrical release of the film in Australia.

Japanese Theatrical Release  The Japanese view on Return to Oz was rather darker than the views of the audience in the united states.  This is shown in this very rare poster.  The poster measures 20 x 30.

Promotional Poster Book  This book was distributed in the UK as a magazine/  The book could be unfolded to view many pictures from the film. Until it was open entirely to View a Quad Poster.
